Do I need to touch off when I travel with myki?

Yes, when travelling on any of our Myki services, you must always touch off to ensure you are charged the cheapest (correct) fare.

Where can I purchase a myki?

myki can be purchased at Public Transport Victoria (PTV) Hubs, ticket windows at premium stations and V/line commuter stations that are staffed, on board buses, and online at http://www.ptv.vic.gov.au. Only full fare myki’s are available from myki machines.
There are around 800 myki retailers including all 7- Eleven stores. To find the one closest to you use the locator tool at http://www.ptv.vic.gov.au/tickets/myki/buy-a- myki/myki-retail-outlets.

How do I top up my myki?

Myki cards can be topped up from a range of retailers, stations, online, via the PTV call centre or on-board our services.
